The data
The file is built from the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) statewide list of residential care facilities for the elderly. CDSS describes its site information as public domain unless marked. We add structure, labels and checks. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any state agency.
No warranty
We provide the file as is, without warranty. State records can have errors and delays. Check important facts with CDSS before you act on them.
Use
You may use the file for your company's internal business work. Do not resell the file or publish it as a data product.
Billing
You pay $99 a month or $990 a year through Stripe. Stripe charges your card at the start of each period until you cancel. We do not see or store your card number.
Cancel any time
Cancel in the customer portal (the link is on your welcome page) or email us. Your download link works until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. Your download link stops working after the refund.
